Auctioneers Note:  Mr. Steve Gilbertson started his tool and die company in 1986. For 37 years Gilbertson Tool and Die has provided exceptional service to a midwestern clientele. Steve has decidedd to cease operations so he can spend more time on the golf course. The quality of service which Gilbertson Tool and Die provided was a result of having proper machines within performance capacities. This auction welcomes your participationl!!

Inspection date: December 12, 2023, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or by appointment.

Removal Information: All items must be paid for in full before being removed. Removal dates for all items, except the machines requiring a machine rigger, are Dec. 15th 16th, no loading on Sunday, December 18th and 19ths, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Weather permitting, all items need to be removed by December 29.

Machines needing a machine rigger are: Milltronics VMC, Hurco VMC, Okamato surface grinder, Ikeda radial arm drill, Die Master OBI puch press, Boice Crane radial arm drill, Mitsubishi EDM, Gorbel bridge crane.

The lots consisting of steel to be loaded by the buyer at buyers expense.

A forklift will be available to assist in loading of general items.

Shipping and Crating: Box lots are available for assistance of crating and shipping at a rate of $40.00 per hour plus materials and supplies.  Contact Auction for Details.

Buyer’s Premium of 15% applies to all purchases.

Terms and Conditions: All items sell as is, where is, like is, without warranty or guarantee. All items must be paid in full before removal can be started. Payments are cash, wire transfer, approved company check. No credit cards accepted. All wire transfers must be completed by Friday, December 15. All bidders must register for this auction at http://www.bidspotter.com or http://www.proxibid.com. Please register 24 hours before the auction starts to be assured of bidding approval.
