Auctioneers Note: Mr. Charlie Henriksen has decided to retire after 20 years of service to the construction trades. Henriksen Contracting, Inc. Specialized in concrete street and curb repair, concrete sawing, crack sealing and general construction.
Auction type: This will be a live virtual auction broadcasting over (3) webcast platforms: equipmentfacts.com, proxibid.com and hibid.com. A traditional auctioneer will conduct the auction over the Internet. You will be able to listen and watch in real time. There will be no bidding on site. Buyer’s premium: A buyer’s premium of 10% will be collected on all purchases.
Inspection date: May 19, 2026, 8:00-5:00, or by appointment.
Removal: Removal will begin on Friday May 22, 8:00-5:00, Saturday May 23 8:00-5:00, No loading on Sunday or Monday, Starting Tuesday May 26 thru Friday May 29, 7:30-5:00. Buyer is responsible for all removal and shipping expenses. A skid loader or forklift will be available for loading assistance at no cost.
Payment: all purchases must be paid for in full before items can be removed. Payment is in the form of cash, cashier’s check, wired transfer, or approved business check. Credit cards are not accepted. Payment can be made at the auction site. Invoices will be emailed at the conclusion of the auction.
