Auctioneer’s note: Mr. John Crees and Mr. Neil Crees has decided to retire from the family’s dirt moving and excavation business. Crees Construction was established in 1953 by Mr. Evertt Crees, known as Everett Crees bulldozing.  The company scope of operations has been 50 miles of Atalissa, Iowa. This auction will consist of dirt moving equipment maintenance equipment and machine shop machine tools.

Buyer’s premium: 10% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases.

Inspection date; July 21th, 2026 - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Removal location: Crees Construction 103 Ivy Ave. Atalissa, Iowa 52720.

Payment Location: Payments in the form of cash, cashier’s check or approved business check are made at the auction site of 103 Ivy Ave. Atalissa, Iowa 52720

Removal: All items must be paid in full before they can be removed. Removal dates will start Friday July 24, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Saturday July 25, 7:30 to 5:30 PM. No loading on Sunday, Monday July 27 through Tuesday July 28 7:30 to 5:00.

All items need to be removed by Tuesday, July 28, 2026. Except the dirt moving equipment which needs to be removed August 4, 3026.

Terms and conditions: all items must be paid in full before items can be removed. Payment is in the form of cash, wire transfer, cashier’s check, approved business check. No credit cards, debit cards, or Bitcoin accepted. Payments for the exception of wire transfer can be presented at the auction site.

Loading information: There is no loading dock on the premises. There is no assistance in loading any of the dirt moving equipment.
